In a seeding session that will be etched in the memories of Gran Turismo South Africa enthusiasts forever, the Road to Glory has officially begun for the First Gran Turismo South Africa Season of 2025!
With the dust settled and the times finalized, the stage is set for a heart-stopping, adrenaline-fueled first race on February 20th, 2025!


Lago Maggiore, the picturesque Italian circuit, played host to a seeding session that was as unpredictable as it was thrilling! 

Drivers took to the track in the powerful Redbull X2014 Junior vehicles, but it was clear from the outset that this was going to be a battle for the ages!


As the times began to roll in, it became apparent that some drivers had found their groove, while others were left struggling to find their footing. 

The usually reliable stopwatches of some drivers malfunctioned, leaving them scrambling to make up for lost time. Meanwhile, others seemed to be in a league of their own, consistently churning out blistering lap times that left the competition in awe!




And then, in a stunning late reveal that has become synonymous with the name Steven Berry, the seeding session was turned on its head! 

Drivers who had been flying under the radar suddenly found themselves catapulted to the top of the timesheets, leaving fans and pundits alike scratching their heads in wonder!


As the curtain draws open on the First Gran Turismo South Africa Season of 2025, one thing is clear: this is going to be a season for the ages! 

With the first race just around the corner, drivers will be pushing themselves to the limit, leaving it all on the track in pursuit of glory!

Will the early frontrunners be able to maintain their momentum, or will new challengers emerge to shake things up?

 One thing is certain: the Gran Turismo South Africa community will be on the edge of their seats, cheering on their favourite drivers as they battle it out for supremacy!

POOLS POOLS POOLS: THE SUSPENSE IS OVER!


The wait is finally over, and the moment of truth has arrived! After a seeding session that had drivers on the edge of their seats, the Pool assignments for the Single Seater season are out!


As the dust settles, drivers are breathing a sigh of relief, excitement, or disappointment, depending on where they've landed. The usual suspects have claimed their spots at the top, but there are also some fresh faces making a bold entrance into Pool 1!


Meanwhile, others are left to ponder what could have been, knowing they had the pace to start their season from a more advantageous position. The agony and the ecstasy are palpable as drivers come to terms with their starting positions!


But the real question on everyone's mind is: WHO'S IN POOL 1?! The GTSA Admins are thrilled to announce that the seeding pools are now live on the Gran Turismo South Africa Website!

RACE CALENDAR

A 12-race season is what lies ahead for our drivers, with a throw away race or two on the cards, drivers will be looking to maximise their race finish positions, in order to maximise their final positions!

Circuit de Sainte-Croix With the tournament favorites taking a well-deserved sabbatical, the Gran Turismo South Africa Manufacturers League witnessed a thrilling shake-up as new drivers seized the opportunity to dominate the top steps in Pool 1. The absence of the usual front-runners opened the door for a spectacular showcase of speed and strategy, leaving fans on the edge of their seats. Pool 1 Highlights:  In a race that will be remembered for its unexpected twists,  CAV-R_Hollywood  emerged victorious in his Toyota Supra, delivering a masterclass in racing.
